Kristin Mulders

The Norwegian mezzo-soprano Kristin Mulders lives in Copenhagen. A versatile singer, she has performed with numerous renowned ensembles and orchestras as a soloist.
Her current wide-ranging repertory includes Antonio Vivaldi’s motets for mezzo-soprano / soprano and orchestra, Bach’s Mass in B minor, St John Passion and Christmas Oratorio, Couperin’s Leçons de ténèbres, Charpentier’s Te Deum and Messe de Minuit, Handel’s Samson, Duruflé’s Requiem, Verdi’s Requiem, Pärt’s Passio Domini nostri Jesu Christi secundum Joannem, Mendelssohn’s Elijah and Elgar’s The Dream of Gerontius. Her operatic roles have included Dido and Sorceress in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, Rosette in Massenet’s Manon and Annina in La traviata.
Kristin Mulders can be heard on numerous recordings with the Grammy Award-winning vocal ensembles Ars Nova Copenhagen and Theatre of Voices under the direction of Paul Hillier, and also appears on the recordings Altera Luce and Spinato intorno al cor with the Norwegian ensemble Currentes.
