No festival summer without a ‘Freunde’ accompanying programme

In 2026, the Association of Friends of the Salzburg Festival will continue to enrich the festival with a varied accompanying programme that provides in-depth insights into numerous productions. In talks, lectures and discussion formats, artists, academics and personalities from the world of culture come together – always in dialogue with the Festival’s programme.

The Salzburg Festival would like to thank the Association of Friends of the Salzburg Festival for this traditional commitment, which gives the audience the opportunity to discover backgrounds, understand artistic processes and engage with opera, theatre and concerts in new ways.

We look forward to welcoming you to the summer events!
