Catering at the Festival Venues
Pre-order your refreshments and enjoy them during the interval without having to wait.
At the Festival venues, you have the option of ordering food and beverages in advance. Choose between pre-ordering for collection at the designated pick-up points in the Lower Interval Foyer for performances at the Großes Festspielhaus, or in the Karl-Böhm-Saal for performances at the Haus für Mozart and the Felsenreitschule. Alternatively, enjoy your pre-ordered food and beverages directly at a reserved table.
Chef Partie – Exclusive Organic Catering from Salzburg
Chef Partie is the exclusive catering partner of the Salzburg Festival and has been responsible for catering services at the Festival venues since 1 October 2026.
For almost 30 years, the company has specialised in professional event catering, reliable operations and individually developed gastronomic concepts, and has been 100% certified organic since 2007. With VOI.bio, Chef Partie’s premium brand, the company combines high-quality organic products, artisanal craftsmanship and a commitment to sustainability with sophisticated cuisine.
