In its opening concert this year, the Camerata Salzburg will perform the famous Mozart Requiem in d minor as part of the Ouverture Spirituelle concert series, with Katharina Konradi taking the soprano solo and simultaneously celebrating her debut at the Salzburg Festival. Other young artists will be in the spotlight at the Young Conductors Award: Hankyeol Yoon, Tobias Wögerer and Vitali Alekseenok, as winners of the YCA, will each conduct a concert with the Camerata Salzburg.

There will be an alternation between composers of “new music” and those of a traditional tonality at their final concert on August 14, conducted by Patricia Kopatchinskaja.
