Behind the scenes, miracles both big and small are achieved every day. Countless people ensure that our productions are created, developed and ultimately brought to the stage night after night.
From technical operations to our workshops, costumes and make-up to set construction, from organisation and scheduling to looking after our artists: behind every performance are people whose work often remains unseen – and yet is felt in every moment on stage.
