Our series on “Salzburg Festival Makers” features the various faces behind the scenes of the Salzburg Festival.

Festival Manager Laura-Isabell Hüttmann has been with the Salzburg Festival since 2018 and heads the Event Management, Rental and Customer Service department.

She takes care of billing and looks after customers and events on site. In particular, she is responsible for the up to 120 events and guest events that take place in the festival district throughout the year.

For Laura Hüttmann, good and harmonious cooperation with her employees and colleagues is very important, as is good team spirit in stressful situations.

She rediscovers her passion for the Salzburg Festival every time she walks through the Hofstallgasse and hears artists singing, organises large intercultural events and meets cultural professionals. This emotionality and connection that arise at the Salzburg Festival is simply unique for Laura.
