Cecilia Bartoli, the Roman prima donna assoluta and artistic director of the Salzburg Whitsun Festival since 2012, will celebrate her 60th birthday in June 2026.

In May – at Whitsun – she invites you to join her on a journey to Reims as part of the Whitsun Festival, accompanied by the immortal melodies of Gioachino Rossini, whom she so admires, and an illustrious group of artist friends.

In summer, the Salzburg Festival will celebrate the unique Cecilia Bartoli on the occasion of the revival of Il viaggio a Reims with a gala performance featuring very special guests on 8 August, followed by a birthday party with her and her guests.
