Extras Casting Summerfolk

The Salzburg Festival is looking for playwrights and extras for the production SUMMERFOLK by Maxim Gorki, directed by Mateja Koležnik. Rehearsals and performances take place on the Perner-Insel in Hallein in the summer of 2019.

We are looking for:

• Hotel guests and hotel staff, 20-50 years
• A loving couple
• One boy (7-10 years), slim, flexible, experienced on stage

Extras (without text) to represent the following persons / groups:

• A small actress (mother), 30-45 years, small speaking role
• A minor actor, 40-50 years, required for a silent scene, good acting skills

For the casting please bring comfortable clothes and sneakers for dance and movement rehearsals.

Rehersals: expected from June 19, 2019 (daily availability required from this date)
Premiere: July 31, 2019
Last performance: August 8, 2019 (8 performances in total)
