Nicola Tassoni studied the violin at the Arrigo Boito Conservatory of Music in Parma, before continuing his studies with such leading figures as Giovanni Guglielmo and Stefano Pagliani. For over 30 years he has collaborated as a violinist and principal with all the main Italian orchestras, including the Orchestra of the Arena di Verona Foundation, the RAI Orchestra and the Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali in Milan, the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini and the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra.
