Project Sponsors
The contributions of the Project Sponsors directly support the financing of an artistic project at the Salzburg Festival.
The Salzburg Festival thanks its Project Sponsors:
Montblanc has supported the successful Young Directors Project for 11 years
running. From the beginning, Montblanc also donated the Young Directors Award,
with a cash value of 10,000 Euros, and the exclusive Montblanc Max Reinhardt
Pen for the best director.

The Turkish Borusan Holding has caused a stir with its economic success and its cultural engagement. The Borusan Orchestra made a guest appearance at the Salzburg Festival’s opening in 2010. Since 2011, Borusan has supported the appearances of guest orchestras.

JTI underwrites the project Opera today, thus enabling us to present
new contemporary works on stage. The partnership begins in 2012 with one of the
most important operas of the 20th century: Bernd Alois Zimmermann’s Die Soldaten.

If you are interested in supporting the Salzburg Festival or would like to receive the detailed program of sponsor benefits as well as the projects to be sponsored, please let us know and we will be happy to send you further information.
