ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

The Cleveland Orchestra and its Music Director Franz Welser-Möst present two all-Slavic programmes, thus providing a link to our seriesÜber die Grenze (Over the Border). The centrepiece is Bedřich Smetana’s famous cycle My Country: a portrait of Bohemia – its landscape, history and legends – in six symphonic poems.
